Kim Pearl is a 70-year-old fitness instructor and creator of Kim's Traveling Trainer, dedicated to helping older adults stay active, strong, and confident wherever life takes them.

With nearly 30 years of teaching experience, Kim leads fitness classes in Lincoln Hills and Roseville, California. Her approach emphasizes practical movement, encouragement, and modifications that make exercise accessible to different abilities.
